If your product arrived in perfect condition but you’ve changed your mind, no problem!
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

To qualify for a return
- The item must be undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to cover the shipping cost to send it back.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund using your original payment method.

If your sensor is broken, has waterproof issues, or shows any kind of defect, don’t worry — we’ll replace it for free.
Your sun-a-wear sensor comes with a 2-year guarantee from the purchase date. -

Our team will help you confirm the issue and arrange a free replacement sensor right away. -
No worries, no cost
You can request a replacement any time within two years after your purchase.
We’ll make sure your new sensor arrives as quickly as possible.
